Crossings Family,

In 2024, the Dollar Club gave over $100,000 to several organizations. Thank you for your continued generosity and faithful giving to the Dollar Club! Read below to learn more about the recipients.

Comeback Kid Society

The ComeBack Kid Society provides free mentoring programs for at-risk youth. Their mission revolves around offering unwavering support and invaluable resources to young individuals residing in foster group homes, juvenile detentions, treatment centers and our local communities, helping them to triumph over life’s challenges, cultivate resilience, and recognize their self-worth. Their vision is to break the detrimental cycles of poverty, abuse, incarceration, and homelessness by advocating for change and transformation.

Bright Sky Ministries

Bright Sky Ministries provide new beds, cribs, car seats, clothing, toiletries, and more to foster and kinship children in need, reducing the financial burden on foster parents and offering security to children who have experienced trauma and upheaval.

Since 2018, their team has run the Foster Care Essentials program to provide foster parents with the necessary items to ensure their children feel safe, comfortable, and loved. They want to show children that not only their families, but also their community, cares for them. They believe caring for orphans and widows is God's command, and their ministry is designed to embrace this message.

Donors Choose

Donors Choose is a website that allows teachers to request school supplies and various other needs for their students to succeed. This organization makes it easy for anyone to help a teacher in need, moving us closer to a nation where students in every community have the tools and experiences they need for a great education.

Bethany Public Schools Playground

The Dollar Club is especially passionate about donating to ministries who work with our partners. So, it was an honor to donate the remaining funds needed to complete the new playground project for Bethany Public Schools. This new adaptive playground at the Early Childhood Center provides a safe and fun environment for children of all abilities, including patients at the Bethany Children’s Health Center where we stream the live service each Sunday.

OKCPS Foundation Coat-A-Kid Campaign

Each year, the Oklahoma City Public Schools Foundation raises money to provide coats and jackets to kids who cannot need them. In 2024, they worked to raise $130,000 to provide 6,500 brand new coats to OKCPS students, including kids at four Crossings partner schools!
