Yes, we will be terminating our contract with Pushpay. In an attempt to not hinder your tithe, please consider moving your monthly transactions to the new platform located on our website.
You can give using our new platform Simple Donation by using these three easy steps:
1. Click the button that says "Log In" or "My Account" in the upper left of the screen. Follow the instructions to either log in or register your account.
2. Once logged in using the e-mail address that your giving is currently tied to, click "My Giving." You should see an alert bar that says "Please click here to update your payment information for your recurring gift."
3. Provide your preferred payment method in the prompt and click "Update." For reference, if you are able to pay via your bank account it is significantly less costly to process as compared to a credit card!
4. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us letting you know that your recurring gift has been properly transitioned to our new system. Once this is completed, we will make sure that your current recurring gift is deactivated before your gift in the new system is activated so there is no way you are charged twice!
