Get ready for some Christ-centered gentle movements through a series of standing or seated yoga poses. This class is designed to safely increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises, final relaxation, and spiritual meditation will provide stress reduction and mental clarity to enhance your exercise program! (Yoga mats are needed for this class. Please bring your own mat or use Crossings Community Center mats.)
There is a great cooldown time after each exercise class in the Crossings Community Center’s Cafe. Come for a great time of Christian fellowship where you can connect and build lasting relationships with other class attendees, volunteers, and staff.
