SCRIPTURE

You can be sure that God will take care of everything you need, his generosity exceeding even yours in the glory that pours from Jesus. Our God and Father abounds in glory that just pours out into eternity. Yes. - Philippians 4:19-20 MSG

PRAYER

Heavenly Father,

I know things are getting better. Businesses are opening up, people are getting back to work, COVID-19 cases are going down. But there are still such great needs locally and globally. People are overwhelmed by the devastation left by both the pandemic and the economic ramifications of the shutdown. Father, work through me and others to bring healing to the world. Give those who are healthy and working extra capacity to help others and to extend a hand to lift someone else who is struggling. Give us your eyes to see those who are hurting so we can comfort them with your peace. You abound in glory, reveal it through those of us who love and serve you.

Amen.

JOURNAL REFLECTION

Are you in a position to help others right now? How might God provide for someone else through you? If you are in a position to receive God’s care, don’t be afraid to ask. Maybe you are designated to reflect God’s glory to others!
