The Graduate Resident program is designed to give students both an education and hands-on experience through direct leadership responsibilities within a ministry team, engagement in a transformative community, and growth in an identity rooted in Jesus.

Program Highlights

This program is for individuals who

  • Feel a call to ministry in the church 
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in area(s) of interest 
  • Have volunteer experience in a church or organization setting 
  • Are team-oriented 
  • Have oral and written communication skills 
  • Are people-oriented 
  • Can build relationships, are proactive, and work with volunteers 
  • Are prepared to participate and learn in a classroom setting 
This program is for individuals who

1 Peter 4:10-11

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others,

as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God.
If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides,
so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.
To him be the glory and the power forever and ever.
