Combine fun military-style training with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power through a standing workout. Handheld weights, elastic bands, and fitness balls are alternated to strengthen the upper body with low-impact aerobics and energizing choreography set to Christian, modern, and oldie-but-goodie tunes.
There is a great cooldown time after each exercise class in the Crossings Community Center’s Cafe. Come for a great time of Christian fellowship where you can connect and build lasting relationships with other class attendees, volunteers, and staff.
