Monday Mornings: Summer Online Session

All Women

Boundaries | Mondays, 9:30-11:30 a.m. | Online via Zoom

This study features Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend, who uncover the secrets to setting healthy boundaries that provide the framework for rich, productive relationships. Good relationships depend on maintaining effective personal boundaries. But, many people don’t know where to start. For example,

Do you have trouble saying no?
Can you set limits and still be a loving person?
Are you in control of your life?
Do people take advantage of you?

Based on the bestselling book, Boundaries, these interactive sessions can make a life-changing difference. Drawing on principles from the Bible, the Boundaries video study guides small groups on a journey of discovery and practical application. As a participant, you’ll learn how to live your life more fully, display truth, and love more freely.

Get Out of Your Head | Tuesdays, 9:30-11:30 a.m. | Online via Zoom

Are your thoughts holding you captive? Jennie Allen knows what it’s like to swirl in a spiral of destructive thoughts, such as I’ll never be good enough. Other people have better lives than I do. God couldn’t really love me. But Jennie also knows we don’t have to stay stuck in toxic thinking patterns. As she discovered, God built a way for us to escape that downward spiral. Freedom comes when we refuse to be victims to our thoughts and realize we have already been equipped with power from God to fight and win the war for our minds.

In Get Out of Your Head, Jennie takes groups on a study in Philippians, inspiring and equipping us to transform our emotions, our outlook, and even our circumstances by taking control of our thoughts. When we submit our minds to Christ, the promises and goodness of God flood our lives in remarkable ways. It starts in your head. And from there, the possibilities are endless.

Wednesday Mornings: Summer Online Session

Concludes July 1

All Women

Colossians | Wednesdays, 9:30-11:30 a.m. | Online via Zoom

What we think about Jesus matters. Our perception of Him shapes us—what we say, how we treat others, even what we think. If we paint Jesus as any less than who He is as supreme over all creation and savior of the world, not only does our theology slip, but the working out of our faith also suffers.

In this series, we will go through the book of Colossians to help us form a complete picture of Jesus. What we believe about Him influences everything from our corporate worship to our relationships to our attitude toward sin. Now alive in Christ, we can live a life worthy of God instead of falling back into the ways of the world.
