Crossings is leading a team to serve with one of our Global Partners, ENLACE, alongside a local church and community in the Central Region of El Salvador. The project assignment has not yet been finalized. However, previous projects have included assisting with the completion of a medical clinic expansion, building a playground, building a road, and laying the foundation for a medical clinic in a rural mountain community of El Salvador.

Category 2 Trip | Participants must be 18+ years. Missions and/or professional experience is recommended.

Mission Trip Application

Before being selected to be a part of a Crossings Missions team, you must fill out the Mission Trip Application. If you have participated in a Crossings Mission Trip in the past three years, fill out the Mission Trip Renewal Application.

Please fill out the appropriate form below (Mission Trip or Renewal Application).
You can complete the form one of two ways: 

  1. You can fill it out using your computer by inputting the information into the light purple boxes on the form, then save it, and either print and mail it in or deliver it in person, or 
  2. You can print it, fill it out, and then mail or deliver it in person to the church.
Due to the sensitivity of some of the information in the form and in order to protect your information, we cannot accept online missions trip applications or renewals at this time.
