Crossings Edmond is thrilled to be an official host church for Night to Shine on February 7, 2020! Night to Shine, presented by the Tim Tebow Foundation, is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love for people with special needs ages 14 and older.
Night to Shine is sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and is an opportunity for hundreds of churches of all denominations from all over the world to come together to celebrate people with special needs! You’re invited to be a part of this incredible event! Register now or learn more about how you can volunteer below!
Please note: We will be collecting the information necessary to run a background check for ALL Night to Shine Volunteers. If you do not have a background check on file with Crossings Community Church, our Volunteer Ministry will be contacting you following the submission of your volunteer form with next steps.
A “Buddy” is an individual volunteer who has completed a background check and has been assigned to a participant. A Buddy’s role is to guide the participant through the night to experience all the opportunities available and to have the best prom experience possible. You’re allowed to bring your own Buddy, but a background check will be required.
For the prom participants, we will offer a red carpet welcome, a live DJ, a Tim Tebow gift bag, food and drink, salon room, karaoke, limousine rides, lighted dance floor, and more.
For the parents/caregivers in attendance, we will offer a Parent Prom which will allow you to drop off your participant with special needs so you can enjoy an evening across the street with dinner provided by Qdoba.
Anyone 14 years of age and older can register as a volunteer. Fill out the pertinent information and we will contact you to begin your background check process. You may sign up as a volunteer or Buddy on this page.
