What is Dinner for 8?
Dinner for 8 is a casual dinner gathering for eight adults who are looking to build community and create friendships. Complete the registration as an individual or a couple. Once groups are formed, your host will contact you to arrange the details of the gathering. If you are interested in being a host, please indicate this on the registration.

Please note: groups are for adults only and do not include childcare.

When do the dinner groups meet?
Groups meet once during February or March. Your host will present a couple of dates and work with the group to find a date that works for everyone.

What are the host’s responsibilities?
Hosts hold the dinner in their home and contact members during the first week of February to organize the details for the dinner, including date, time, and what items group members can bring for the meal.

How are the groups formed? Can we be in the same group as our friends?
Each group will be thoughtfully formed by our staff and will consist of eight adults. Since the purpose of these dinners is to get to know new people, we are unable to accommodate requests to be placed in a specific group.

Will there be separate groups for singles, couples, or different ages?
No, groups will include a mix of people from all stages of life.
