Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. - Romans 12:2 NIV

Dear God, just the thought that I can know your good, pleasing, and perfect will is awesome. You don’t hide it from me; you just ask that I be transformed by the renewing of my mind. I struggle sometimes knowing how to live a nonconforming life; there are so many distractions in my daily routine. Give me the courage to live countercultural, clinging to you and your ways. Show me in your Word the areas I need to contemplate on a deeper level, to prompt and sustain spiritual transformation. In your power I pray, amen.
