That’s the kind of people the Father is out looking for: those who are simply and honestly themselves before him in their worship. God is sheer being itself—Spirit. Those who worship him must do it out of their very being, their spirits, their true selves, in adoration. - John 4:23-24 MSG

Father God, I try so hard to manage the image of me the world sees–creating a narrative that fits my ideal profile, even deciding when to appear as “keeping it real” or “raw and vulnerable” to others in person or on social media platforms. But, you see me. You know what is real and raw. The best way to worship you is to intentionally bring my true self to you, without the façade of the better me. When I concede to who I am, I more fully comprehend who you are. In spirit and in truth, I adore you. In the Name above all names I pray, amen.
