The truth is, blessed means so much more than just superficial happiness; it means we’re spiritually well and prospering.Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount and the Beatitudes detailed in the book of Matthew give us a biblical framework for how God views being blessed, and it’s certainly different from what our world tells us being blessed looks like.
