Next Sunday, November 3, Crossings will hold its first service at The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital in Bethany, Oklahoma. This incredible moment in Crossings history has only been made possible through God’s provision and faithfulness and the bold prayers of our church family and leadership.

The Children’s Center service will provide an opportunity for families and children who are receiving care to experience worship, watch a message, and connect with other families each week. Additionally, this service will allow Crossings to serve the families, patients, and staff at The Children’s Center.

Since a family can stay at The Children’s Center for either 45 days or two years, offering a service there allows Crossings to consistently share hope and demonstrate God’s love to those who need encouragement and healing during a difficult time for their families.

“Let the little children come to me.” Matthew 19:14

Albert Gray, Chief Executive Officer of The Children’s Center, has served in his role since 1978. He is passionate about outstanding care and creating an environment for exceptional healing, and has worked diligently with leaders and staff at The Children’s Center to accomplish that. Gray, along with other leaders, board members, volunteers, and providers, recognizes this God-given opportunity to impact the families receiving care and is excited for this first service.

“At The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital, we understand the importance of spiritual care in the healing process. We have identified a need to provide a church service for the families of patients we get to serve. Crossings Community Church heard about this need and immediately wanted to help. We are grateful for the opportunity to have Crossings Community Church here to lift up our patients and their family’s spiritual well-being.”
