Our new sermon series, Undone, begins today and continues through February 23. Through this series, Senior Pastor Marty Grubbs will delve into difficult topics such as depression, fear, and anxiety, as well as how we can experience hope through our most challenging seasons.
No matter the trials or triumphs we deal with on this earth, Psalm 34:18 reminds us, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Read on to learn more about two ministries intended to walk with you during life’s most challenging experiences: LifeCare and Congregational Care ministries.
LifeCare Ministry embodies the desire of Crossings Community Church to minister to individuals, marriages, and families. LifeCare Ministry includes CareSeries support and recovery groups, Celebrate Recovery, age-specific programming and support for children and teens, and counseling. LifeCare Ministry groups, classes, programming, and events are intended to provide a space where participants can be honest and experience support and guidance from trained Christian counselors and volunteers.

Congregational Care exists to come alongside those in the Crossings family in seasons of sorrow, sickness, and setbacks. The Congregational Care team supports our church family through hospital and shut-in visits, financial counseling for those experiencing hard times, fellowship for the retired and elderly, a committed prayer team who prays over requests submitted on Sundays and during the week, and more.
If you would like to learn more about Congregational Care, please contact either Becky Sanders or Marc Taylor.
Throughout our Undone series, we will hear from our LifeCare counselors and Congregational Care staff and learn more about resources available at Crossings.
