This week, we’ll continue exploring the four ways to cultivate a rich faith by diving into the biblical importance of connecting in community. As Christians, we are created to live in community so we can learn from and encourage each other and grow in our faith.
Keep reading to learn more about why we’re called to connect as Christ-followers!
HOW CAN I CONNECT WITH OTHERS?
Christ-centered community is vital for accountability and encouragement.
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Acts 2:42
As Christians, we have been created to grow through community and relationships with others. Life is better together, and in community, we are known, loved, pursued, encouraged, and challenged to be more like Christ in all we do. Connecting with others provides accountability and encouragement for your journey of faith.
Crossings has many weekly opportunities for connecting with others including:
- Sunday school
- Wednesday night classes
- Centered groups
- Women’s Bible studies
- Men’s Bible studies
- Small groups
- Support and recovery groups
Next week, we’ll explore spiritual practices such as prayer, Bible study, and tithing that help us grow as Christ-followers. Visit crossings.church/the-weekly to read more posts like this!
