As Christians, we are called to worship together, connect in community, grow in our faith, and serve others to share God’s love. Read below to explore different ways you can discover your God-given gifts and use them to serve.

Serving offers you the opportunity to demonstrate Christ’s love to others.

For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. Mark 10:45

Serving not only provides us an opportunity to deepen our relationship with God, but it also offers us the chance to demonstrate his love to others. We serve because he first served us.

Finding your place to serve is a great way to connect and meet new people while using your unique skills and abilities in ministry. There is no greater joy than to know God is using you for an eternal impact. Jump in and be part of what God is doing at Crossings through volunteering or being a part of our missions and outreach ministry!

Not sure where to start? Wondering how to discover your spiritual gifts? We would love the opportunity to connect with you and answer any questions you have about getting involved.

“To the person who is new to Crossings, or has been here a long time, but who is sitting on the fence about getting involved: God needs you. You’re exactly the person he wants to get involved. If you can put aside whatever is holding you back–worry, fear, doubt, unworthiness–and allow God to use you, if you can take that step of faith and get engaged, it will change your walk with Christ, with church, and with others in your life.”
