Crossings is leading a team to serve alongside our global partner ENLACE, the Misión Cristiana Evangélica Fe y Gracia Church, and community leaders in San José La Labor, El Salvador to help build a section of road in a rural area of the country.

Residents of impoverished rural areas in El Salvador often face the challenge of navigating unsafe roads to travel significant distances each day. This jeopardizes their access to essential services such as markets, employment, healthcare, and education, exacerbating their struggles to overcome poverty. These communities are particularly vulnerable, with approximately 200,000 individuals annually impacted by earthquakes, mudslides, and heavy rainfall. Furthermore, these conditions contribute to a high incidence of fatal accidents involving both vehicles and pedestrians. 

Infrastructural projects, such as roads, not only promote economic growth and stability but are also pivotal in preventing diseases, boosting educational outcomes, and combating poverty.

Before being selected to be a part of a Crossings Missions team you must fill out the Mission Trip Application. If you have participated in a Crossings Mission Trip in the past three years, fill out the Mission Trip Renewal Application.

You can complete the form one of two ways: 

Fill it out using your computer by inputting the information into the light purple boxes on the form, then save it, and either print it and mail it in or deliver it to the church. 

Print it, fill it out, then mail or deliver it to the church.

Due to the sensitivity of some of the information in the application and in order to protect your information, we cannot accept online mission trip applications or renewals at this time.
